Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using gtocharts.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying members.

GTO Poker Charts is operated from New South Wales, Australia. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Description of Service

GTO Poker Charts provides:

• Free content: Publicly accessible GTO strategy charts, blog articles, and educational poker content.
• Paid membership: Access to a library of premium GTO charts, strategy guides, and member-only resources for No-Limit Hold'em (NLH) and Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO), available via a recurring subscription.
• GTO Tools: Links to and information about third-party poker analysis tools.
• Affiliate content: Recommendations and referral links to poker rooms, training sites, and software providers.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or purchase a membership. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. You are responsible for ensuring that online poker and gambling activities are legal in your jurisdiction before participating in real-money poker games.

Accounts & Membership

4.1 Account Registration

To access member content, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.2 Subscription Plans

• Memberships are offered on a monthly or annual recurring basis as described on the Pricing page.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your nominated payment method at the start of each renewal period.

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to member content until that date.
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except as outlined in Section 5.

4.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service.

Refund Policy

This guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only. Renewals are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on gtocharts.com — including GTO charts, strategy guides, blog posts, graphics, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of GTO Poker Charts, protected by Australian and international copyright law.

6.2 Licence to Members

Upon purchasing an active membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use member content for your personal, non-commercial poker study. This licence is valid only during your active subscription.

6.3 Restrictions

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any charts or content from this Site.
• Share your login credentials with others.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to download site content.
• Use our content in any commercial product, coaching service, or training material without our prior written permission.

Violation of these restrictions will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.

Affiliate Disclosures

GTO Poker Charts participates in affiliate programmes. When you click certain links on our Site (including links to poker rooms, training platforms, or GTO software), we may earn a referral commission at no extra cost to you. Gambling Responsibility

GTO Poker Charts provides educational content about poker strategy. We are not a gambling operator and do not facilitate real-money wagering. However, we acknowledge that poker involves risk. We encourage responsible play:
